Billing & Subscription Management

Feedback Falcon handles billing on a per-organization (Master Account) basis, allowing you to invite multiple team members across different projects using a single inclusive plan.

Viewing Your Invoices and Usage

  1. Click on your user avatar in the bottom-left sidebar of the app (e.g. sarah.johnson@techcorp.com).
  2. Navigate to the Billing section of your Settings.
  3. You will see an overview of your active subscription and past invoices.

Upgrading Your Plan

To ensure that your team can create unlimited projects, you can upgrade your plan at any time:

  • In the Billing Dashboard, click "Manage Subscription".
  • Through our Stripe customer portal, you can securely add a new payment method and upgrade smoothly without downtime.

Note: Only users with the explicit Billing role can view, edit, or upgrade your organization's payment settings.
