Linear Integration

Feedback Falcon integrates natively with Linear, the modern issue tracking platform built for high-performance software teams.

Supported Features

  • Team and Project Targeting: Route categorized feedback directly into specific Linear teams or initiatives.
  • Automated Issue Creation: When a ticket is triaged in Feedback Falcon, it generates a Linear Issue containing the title, initial description, and browser context information.
  • Bi-Directional Status Syncing: When your engineers resolve an issue in Linear and change the state to Done or Canceled, that status is immediately synced back to Feedback Falcon, triggering the resolution process.
  • Label Mapping: Optionally map Feedback Falcon tags (e.g., bug, enhancement) directly to your existing Linear labels.

Setup Instructions

  1. Navigate to your Project Settings > Integrations.
  2. Click Configure next to Linear.
  3. Authorize Feedback Falcon via OAuth to manage Linear issues on your behalf.
  4. Select the target Team and map standard issue states.
