Slack Integration

Keep your entire company in the loop regarding incoming feedback and critical bug reports by linking Feedback Falcon directly to Slack channels.

Supported Features

  • Channel Notifications: Send automated alerts to specific Slack channels whenever a new user feedback submission is received.
  • Rich Context Summaries: Slack messages include the Feedback Title, Submitter Email, Priority, and direct links to view attached screenshots or video recordings.
  • Status Updates: Maintain visibility on progress with automated messages sent to a #dev-updates channel when a critical task changes state to "Done".

Setup Instructions

  1. Navigate to your Project Settings > Integrations.
  2. Click Configure next to Slack.
  3. Add the Feedback Falcon Slack Bot to your workspace via OAuth.
  4. Select the specific channel(s) you wish to notify for new submissions.
