Creating and Managing Projects
Your Projects Dashboard is the command center for organizing feedback across your organization. From here, you can see all your active properties and their current feedback status.
Creating a New Project
To start gathering feedback on a new software product or website:
- Navigate to the Projects Dashboard.
- Click the Create Project button.
- In the modal that appears, enter a descriptive Project Name and an optional Description.
- Click Create.
Once created, Feedback Falcon will automatically provision a new Kanban board and issue tracking pipeline associated with this project. You can immediately embed the unique widget script on your site.
Project Settings
Every project has its own dedicated settings page where you can manage its members and integrations:
- Invite Team Members: Add individuals to your project so they can triage and claim tasks. Note that roles are determined at the Master Account level and map directly downwards to project permissions.
- Widget Configuration: Customize how the Feedback Widget looks on your site and retrieve the setup HTML
<script>. - Integrations: Connect the project board to external tools such as GitHub, JIRA, or Slack to keep your team in sync.
